Footcare is so important and often overlooked. I always loved a spa treatment at a nail salon, but I quickly realized that I need the treatments much more often. The best suggestion I have for you is using the foot & body soaking solution set from Spa Luxetique. This set comes with six different epsom salt scents (vanilla, chamomile, rose, rosemary, lavender & peppermint) and an argan oil essential oil.
What I do first, is put a few drops of the essential oil into a bath or foot bath. Then I soak my feet for about 10-15 minutes to soften the skin. I then add a few spoons of Epsom bath salt into the tub, sit back and relax. Sometimes for extra exfoliation, I put the Epsom crystals on a pumice stone and scrub the backs of my feet. The Epsom salt soothes and eases aches and pains, making this the perfect solution for your foot day recovery!
