Not in love? Returns are super easy.

Also, we’re excited to share that, as part of our commitment to reducing environmental impact, we have eliminated paper invoices for online orders. Your Shipping Confirmation & E-Receipt emails are considered your receipt now.


  • You can receive a full refund within 7 days from receiving the merchandise. After 7 days, we will no longer accept returns.


  • We are not able to offer exchanges online. If you would like to exchange an item, you’ll need to complete a return and place a new order. Spa Luxetique does not cover return shipping costs.

For all returns or exchanges

  • Items must not be used, and in its original packaging.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • International return shipping costs are not covered by Spa Luxetique

Gift Cards

Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law. All returned items purchased using a gift card will be refunded as merchandise credit back onto an eGift Card. Nice and simple.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact support@spaluxetique within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged.We strive to deliver perfect products and exceed customer satisfaction. If for any reason, the goods did not reach your expectation, please let us know within the allotted time frame and we can assist you from there. Thank you for your understanding.


How to Request a Return

How to Mail Back an Online Return

  1. Contact support@spaluxetique and let them know your order number and the items you wish to return. 
  2. Spa Luxetiuqe Customer Support team will send you the return address and other shipping instruction. 
  3. Drop off your package at the shipping carrier's location,and infrom support@spaluxetique the tracking number.
  4. Once we receive your package, your return will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. When your return is complete, we'll e-mail you right away and let you know.

Please note: If you’re returning multiple items, include all items in one box (even if some of them arrived in separate shipments or boxes). And customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items

When your refund is complete, we'll email you right away and let you know. Original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. Spa Luxetique does not refund duties or taxes.
